Petek Ballar (Ege University, Izmir), EMBO YIP Labs (All around Europe), Reuven Agami (The Netherlands Cancer Institute), Zahra Zakeri (Queens College-City University of New York, USA) and Adi Kimchi (Weizmann Institute).

Facilities

Our labs are equiped with state-of-the-art instruments used in molecular biology and cell biology (e.g. real-time PCR, flow cytometer, microarray spotter and scanner, mammalian cell culture facilities, fluorescent, confocal and electron microscopes etc.) and in biochemistry (e.g. FPLC, 2D gel equipment, chemical analyzers, MS etc.). Our close collaboration with the robotics (mechatronics), electronics, computer sciences and physics laboratories of our university help us to develop new biology-related tools for our research.
